Mike was Chief Information Officer at Colgate-Palmolive Company since 2013. Mike has led a broad range of IT organizations and initiatives over the years, joining Colgate in 1989 at the Colgate Data Center. He has led several software implementations around the world. Mike has been responsible for multiple IT shared service organizations, IT infrastructure and software application development, where he and his team have been involved in many leading-edge projects, including SAP's HANA technology, agile development, mobile applications, cloud computing and collaboration tools.

Mike currently serves as a member Co-Chair for the Digital Supply Chain Initiative for the Center for Global Enterprise. Additionally, Mike participates on customer advisory boards for some of the world’s largest technology providers.

Prior to joining Colgate, Mike held software development positions related to U.S. naval defense systems and healthcare systems at Computer Sciences Corporation, Shared Medical Systems, and Seton Hall University. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Delaware. At his alma mater, Mike has co-founded two endowments. The first was for the Crowe Family Scholarship for Computer and Information Sciences students, co-founded with his wife, Ellen, also a Delaware Computer Science graduate. The second was for Delaware’s Ice Hockey team, co-founded with several of Mike’s fellow hockey alumni.
