Biography
Henley Business School
Mike’s research focuses on real estate price dynamics, machine learning applications and policy effects on real estate markets.
Before joining University of Reading, Mike was a Postdoctoral Researcher at National University of Singapore (NUS) and an independent consultant for a major US real estate investor. He further worked with policy makers in different projects such as Interreg North-West Europe and Centre for Digital Built Britain.
In his research, Mike analyses the effects of policy interventions and innovation on real estate markets. In addition, he is very interested in exploring the opportunities of machine learning applications for real estate, overcoming data limitations and improving pricing models.
