Min Li is a Lecturer at the Wisconsin School of Business. She received her PhD degree in Management from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. Her current research focuses on cross-cultural management with an emphasis on cross-cultural negotiation, knowledge management in groups and teams, employee diversity network, and ethics in negotiation. Min's teaching areas center around Management, HR Management, International HR and International Business, Negotiation, and Women's Leadership.
