Miriam Konzelmann

My long-standing experience as consultant in the area of HR & Organizational Development allowed me to get an insight into many companies and institutions. To support them in their projects and challenges and to search together solutions is something that drives me.

I am curious about people and cultures. If I travel, then always without airplane. It is this type of travelling that allows you to be really close. To observe and to learn.

During my longer stays in Asia and Scandinavia I participated in different projects.

I like to work with international teams. The use of different languages even in one event became normal. Apart from English, I speak German, French and Swedish and understand Luxembourgish.
