Dr. Mohamed Nasaj is an Assistant Professor at Abu Dhabi University’s College of Business, Al Ain campus. He received a PhD in Business Management in 2020 from the British University in Dubai, UAE, an MSc. in Quality Management (2014) from the University of Wollongong, UAE, a Diploma in Teaching Methodology (2009) from London Teacher Training College, UK, and a BA in English Language (2005) from Aleppo University, Syria.

With over 15 years of experience in lecturing, training, and assessments, Dr. Mohamed also conducts business consultancy, including creating business strategies and action plans, revising policies, reviewing procedures, creating job descriptions and organizational structures, developing and implementing performance management systems, running training needs analysis, and assessment projects. He has worked across the MENA region, including in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Syria, and Turkey. In addition, as an academic entrepreneur, Dr. Mohamed has appeared as a regular guest on TV and radio shows in the UAE.

Dr. Mohamed research interests are entrepreneurship, innovation, personalities, organizational behavior, service management, and human resource practices, with one of his many publications becoming a book chapter. His teaching style utilizes experiential learning rather than traditional methods, focusing on preparing students to face life’s challenges and succeed in the real world.
