Molly Kinard

Molly Kinard makes connections–between students and potential employers, between alumni and current students, and between what students learn in the classroom and what they need to know to land a job. She leads the team that will help you craft a winning resume, prepare for interviews, and access the tools you need to conduct a productive, efficient, and, ultimately, successful career search.

Building relationships between students, employers, and alumni is at the heart of everything Molly does. She is an exceptional listener who takes the time to get to know you beyond the surface of your resume.

Molly is available to help graduates for the life of their careers. If Full-Time MBA Program graduates would like to give back and recruit more Vols to their organization, she can help them identify how to recruit current talent. In addition, if alums need personal advice in salary negotiations or want to brush up their interview skills, for example, they can schedule an appointment for one-on-one career counseling. When Molly isn''t identifying new employer pipelines, helping current students or alums, she''s likely spending time outdoors. A former college student-athlete, Molly is an avid tennis player who also enjoys off-roading, fishing, hiking, and vacationing with her family in Maine.
