Monica has a large experience working cross culturally and more than fourteen years of international business experience mainly in the executive educational industry. After joining the Center for Creative Leadership in 2006, Leadership Development has become Monica’s primary professional focus. Since then, she has helped more than thirty organizations expand their leadership capabilities and aligning their values, objectives and human potential. Monica currently diagnoses designs and deliver leading edge leadership solutions for large corporations ranging from the banking sector to the pharmaceutical and retail consumer industries.

Monica is also a professional certified coach (CPCC and ICF accredited). Positive psychology, neuroscience as well as the somatic approach to leadership and coaching, are the fields that she is currently most passionate about.

As a professional and passionate coach Monica partner with her clients to support them managing career and/or life changes and transitions, increasing self-awareness, stepping into a leadership role, adapting to a new culture or simply re-discovering what their real drivers are. It’s scary, it’s exciting, it’s challenging, it’s about creating what they truly want — not what they’ll settle for.

Prior to joining the Center for Creative Leadership, Monica lived in Madrid and worked at Accenture Learning BPO Services, a comprehensive learning outsourcing offering that helps organizations drive measurable improvements in business performance from their learning and talent management investments. In this capacity, she managed complex international projects collaborating simultaneously with the St. Charles Training Centre (Accenture Corporate Development) as well as with the Milan and Madrid offices (Sun Microsystems Educational Services). Before joining Accenture Learning BPO Services, Monica worked as part of the HR team at Philip Morris Spain.

Monica grew up in Venice, Italy, where she completed her post-secondary education. Later she moved to Spain, where lived 6 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in “Human Resources Management and Organization” from ESIC (Business & Marketing School, Madrid) and an MSc in Philosophy from the University of Venice. Monica’s thesis focused on the application of animal behavior (Ethology) in the context of autism. Monica is also an MBTI & FIRO-B practitioner, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CTI, London and CTI, California), an ICF accredited coach and a Certified 4MAT Practitioner (About Learning, Illinois). Monica is currently attending the Embodiment Facilitation and Coaching accreditation (EFC, London).

Monica’s working languages are: English, Spanish, Italian and is fluent in French.
