Monica McGrath is the former vice dean of Wharton’s Aresty Institute of Executive Education. Previously, she was also an adjunct assistant professor of management at Wharton where she taught courses in leadership, organizational behavior, teamwork, and negotiations. She has taught in both open enrollment and custom programs for Wharton Executive Education. Course topics have included succession planning, mentoring, internal coaching, teamwork, talent management, negotiations, emotional intelligence, and women in leadership roles.
In addition to her work at Wharton, Monica has worked as an executive coach to senior executives and their teams in corporations and nonprofit organizations. She has designed learning programs for senior executive teams and highpotential managers at a variety of Fortune 500 companies.
Monica holds a MEd in adult learning and PhD in psychological studies in education with an emphasis in organizational systems from Temple University.
