Monifa Groover

Monifa Groover is an affiliate faculty member in the MBA@Denver program at the Daniels College of Business.

Over the course of her career, she has consulted with and conducted training programs for many organizations in areas related to leadership development, integrity, conflict resolution and business acumen.

Groover is the founder of Within Your Reach Consulting Services LLC, whose mission is to cultivate the personal and professional development of women in leadership. She also provides coaching strategies to professionals desiring to catapult their careers to the next level, helping to expand their mindset and reach. As a published author, her writing is strategically designed to propel individuals and organizations toward greatness and soar like the eagles they were created to be.
