Hertie School of Governance
Monika Sus is a postdoctoral fellow at the Dahrendorf Forum, a cooperation project between London School of Economics, Hertie School and Stiftung Mercator. Together with over 80 experts and policy-makers she developed scenarios for EU’s relations with its strategic partners and neighbours in 2025. Prior to that, she held an assistant professor position ay a DAAD-founded research centre at the University of Wroclaw, Poland. She was a visiting fellow in at the Centre Canadien d’études Allemandes et Européennes at the University of Montreal and at the University in Pittsburgh. She has been granted scholarships by the Hertie Foundation, the Robert Bosch Foundation, the Foundation for Polish-German Cooperation, Academia Europea de Yuste and the National Science Centre of Poland. Her research interest focus on EU’s foreign policy and diplomacy and the role of foresight studies in political sciences.
