Biography
George Morgan is an Associate Professor of Economics, Finance and International Business at the ESCP Madrid Campus.
At present, he is a professor in the International Business and Finances area of the Master in European Business Program, and professor of Accounting and Finance in the Executive Education Program.
George is a BS Electrical Engineering graduate of Lafayette College (Easton, PA, EE.UU.) and has an MBA degree from the IESE (Barcelona). He has taught various Finance and Consulting courses since 1977, and was a senior executive of various financial firms, including Executive Director of Merrill Lynch International Bank in London and Vice President of various international banks, such as ANZ Bank. He has been a Vice President of various organizations that now form part of the worldwide organization of Bank of America, with responsibilities for activities in the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. He has also served as Financial Advisor to Investors in Europe and the Americas since 1974.
In Consulting activities, he has held numerous positions as a Private Consultant for his own companies in the areas of Finance and Economics since 1990. At present, he is a Finance Consultant to a number of companies of all sizes in the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.
He has also served as a Director of a Swiss-based Private Equity Investment Fund in Gibraltar which invests in financial instruments, (principally options, futures, currencies, etc.)
