Morten Skov-Carlsen is a Director of Consulting with Aperian Global, a global consulting company with a mission to enable individuals, teams and organizations to work effectively across cultural boundaries in today''s complex and globally integrated organizations.

Morten holds an MBA (OUBS Milton Keynes, UK), and a Masters (Aarhus University, Denmark), and he has  many years of experience as a consultant, trainer, executive coach and facilitator throughout the intercultural and global leadership fields. Morten provides global and cross cultural training, virtual teaming skill development, change leadership and leadership competencies development, executive coaching, team effectiveness as well as strategy implementation workshops for senior leadership teams.

Prior to his current position Morten was an independent leadership consultant, right after spending the majority of his 25+ years with IBM as a Senior Organization Leadership Consultant as part of the corporate HR Global Executive Leadership Consulting team for IBM’s top 300 leaders from its creation in 1998 by L Gerstner, IBM CEO. In this role he executed a variety of senior leader talent development activities and global leadership education programs, such as individual executive coaching, team effectiveness and strategy execution workshops, and organizational transformation leadership support. Initially focused on IBM leaders in Europe, then increasingly working with corporate and global leaders in all geographies, from 2010-13 Morten was responsible for driving senior management leadership programs in IBM’s growth markets unit, with a particular focus on assessment and development centers for future senior leaders.
