I have more than 20 years of experience as a senior executive in international companies. My unique set of experiences provides me with the capacity to address executive development from three distinct perspectives. 1) As a former IT consultant to many different business sectors, I designed and delivered High Technology Solutions based on process reengineering. 2) As a former executive manager for large engineering and technology companies, I gained a full understanding of what is required to successfully create conditions to innovate, develop and sell products and services in a fast changing and tough competition world. 3) As an executive leadership trainer, for the past 15 years, I have been a consulting member of the EM LYON Executive Development Team responsible for creating an Executive Leadership Program addressing top management and high potential managers. Big issues companies are facing in the field of executive responsibilities are :

• How to empower people and give them the means to succeed • How to coach people and accompany them toward autonomy and efficiency • How to communicate the vision and energy which motivates people to change • How to lead people toward innovation and change with the capacity to move forward in uncertainty • How to conciliate collective performance with personal aspirations

That is the reason why I use experiential methods and case studies to set real complexity and facilitate comprehension through a leadership model. Participants get real feedbacks and a more sustainable understanding than through classic methods. By helping participants interact among each other, I help them discover their own answers. More than a trainer, I bring coaching methods to transfer new paradigms and comprehension frameworks.
