Biography
Professor Moussu received the ESCP degree, a Master in " - Money, Finance and Banking" - from  - the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, a PhD in Finance from the University of Dijon and a HDR from the University of Lille 2. After a first experience in venture capital, he received a research grant of the National Scientific Research Center to undertake a PhD. He pursued his doctoral work as a Research Fellow at Simon School of Business Administration (Rochester University) and joined the ESCP Europe faculty in 1993. Since then, he developed and took the responsibility of numerous programs (Master level and Executive). He teaches Corporate Finance and Financial Theory and he is currently head of the Major in Finance in the Master in Management Programme. He was the former scientific advisor for the Finance program at ESA (Beirut) and for numerous executive programs.
Professor Moussu has always been interested in the interaction between finance and the real economy. He currently works on the interaction between the health and leverage policies of firms, the impact of labor regulation on financial leverage, the financial policies of State-controlled companies and the incentives in financial institutions. He is also visiting Professor at the College of Europe and the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbone. He has advised several companies on their investment and financial policies and their organizational architecture.
