Biography

Muhammad Usman Ahmed is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain & Operations Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management & Information Systems from York University, an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences, and a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Prior to his PhD, Usman worked in various positions in the retail supply chain. His main research interests include supply chain management, sustainability, lean operations, and supply chain analytics. His research has been published in the Journal of Operations Management, the International Journal of Operations and Production Management, and the International Journal of Production Economics, among others.
