I am Murilo Castro, 33 years old, Control and Automation Engineer, UFSC 2012, with international academic exchange at UCLA 2011, MBA Graduate at IESE Business School 2021. Enthusiast of the saying: "It is the owner`s eye that fattens the cattle!", I have a strong entrepreneurial, analytical and teamwork profile with 10+ years experience building up businesses, brands and products in Latin America, within three different industries, (Electronics, Consumer Goods and Banking) strongly committed to delivering growth, developing people and forging lifetime relationships.
