Biography

Bayes Business School

Naaguesh has been working as a Researcher in the M&A Research Centre at Cass Business School since 2010, where he has been involved in a number of projects, particularly on IPOs, RTOs, Pensions CEOs and the Cass MARC M&A Maturity Index.

He was formerly a lecturer/researcher at Middlesex Business School, where he taught the Financial Data Analysis course for MSc programmes and was a research assistant. He has also held various positions in the financial services and consulting industries.

During his eighteen months at Mergermarket, Naaguesh was a research analyst and responsible for forecasting new M&A deals. Prior to Mergermarket, Naaguesh worked at the State Bank of Mauritius as an analyst in the Value-Based Performance Management team and was also a freelance advisor for small firms in Mauritius.
