I am based in: Amsterdam

I have always been interested in what it means to be a human being. I studied Molecular Biology to get to a very granular understanding of how our bodies work but later found that my real interest lies in exploring the topic of human potential.

My passion is around the development of individuals, teams, and organizations while working at the interface of business strategy and personal leadership. I specialize in supporting leaders during times of challenge and change – working with leaders on an individual basis, in team settings, and in dedicated leadership development initiatives.

My recent work experience includes being Head of Organization Development at Jones Lang LaSalle in Asia-Pacific, Organization Leadership Consultant at IBM in Asia-Pacific and Strategy Consultant at McKinsey & Company. I have lived and worked in the Netherlands, France, Japan, Singapore, and Turkey.

I am a certified Integral Coach, hold an MSc in Molecular Biology and an MBA from INSEAD. I am also an RYT-200 certified yoga teacher and a certified Enneagram Practitioner.
