Natasha Evers is Associate Professor in Business Strategy at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin. She received her Ph.D and M.Econ.Sc degrees from University College Dublin and her BA Degree (Foreign Languages) from Maynooth University. Natasha is Programme Director of Trinity Business School’s MSc. in Management – ranked in the Financial Times Top 100 Masters Programmes in Business 2019.

Natasha’s main research lies in the field of strategy and international entrepreneurship (Born Globals, International new ventures), wherein she focuses on a variety of topics at the intersection of strategy, international business and firm growth. Her sectors of interest include: Life science technologies; Marine & Maritime; Sustainable Tourism and Creative Industries. She has published widely in several prestigious journals across disciplinary areas such as: Journal of World Business; Entrepreneurship and Regional Development; International Marketing review; Journal of International Marketing; European Business Review; Journal of Small Business & Entrepreneurship,. She has also co-authored an international book entitled: Technology Entrepreneurship - Bringing Innovation to the Marketplace (2014). Palgrave-Macmillan. London, UK - with the 2nd Edition to be released in 2020.

Natasha holds the appointment of Visiting Professor of International Entrepreneurship at the University of Halmstad, Sweden and is also Visiting Scholar in the Strategy & International Business Group at Molde University, Norway.

Since 2010, she has been a Research Associate of the Socio-Economic Marine Unit (SEMRU) at NUI Galway and has received numerous research funding awards for research led public policy strategy conducted in Marine related sectors (such as Marine Commerce, Port Strategic Management to Marine technologies and transport). Natasha served as a Ministerial appointee on the Board of Directors of the Port of Galway for three years. Natasha has also received IRCHSS research funding for her feasibility study on Innovation Metrics across HEIs. More recently, as part of her visiting appointment at Halmstad University, Sweden, Natasha has acquired funding under the European Marie Curie research project on Legitimation of Newness And Its Impact On Eu Agenda For Change (LNETN).

Natasha has been invited to deliver guest seminars on her research at universities across Europe and by the European Commission. She has presented as well as track chaired at international conferences and research workshops. In 2017, Natasha Chaired the 21st McGill International Entrepreneurship Conference and was awarded as a Faculty Fellow of McGill University, Montreal Canada.

Natasha is a member of the Editorial Boards of the internationally high ranked journals: ‘Entrepreneurship and Regional Development - An international' and the 'Journal of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies'.
