Biography

I am a versatile, effective, and skilled professional with more than 10 years of experience in Research, Program Management, and Teaching with a personal interest and professional expertise in Social and Economic Development, Public Policy Analysis, and International Development.

My professional interests in Social and Economic Development draws upon my educational training and in-depth practice experience at the individual-level (at-risk children, victims of domestic abuse), the group-level (low-income rural and urban families), and at the institutional level (Non-Governmental Organizations, Foundations, and Local Governments) in India and the United States.

My portfolio of transferable core competencies include:

  • Quantitative and Qualitative Research & Analysis: Produce surveys, Conduct focus groups and face-to-face interviews, Implement Program Evaluation, and Data Analysis.
  • Program Development and Evaluation: Conduct needs assessment, process and outcome evaluations.
  • Project Management: Organize and plan procedural steps, Manage budgets, deadlines, and conflicts, Coordinate with project partners.
