Nathalie Metcalf

Nathalie is an executive coach and trainer with over 20 years experience of Leadership Development and Strategy Consulting. She is passionate about helping people perform to the best of their ability and has trained and coached hundreds of professionals around the world in core business and leadership skills. Since 2006 she has also worked as an Executive and Career Coach. Today she combines both aspects of her job to help people achieve their potential in their chosen field.

Having worked for Arthur D. Little and Accenture across Europe and Asia Pacific, she has developed a deep insight into the challenges that confront high-flyers in large global organisations. It is with them in mind that much of her material has been conceived.

Nathalie also has a vast amount of experience coaching MBA students as well as professionals facing life and work transitions . She has a particular interest in women facing issues such as wanting to return to work after a break, dealing with career progression or wanting to achieve a better work-life balance.

She holds a degree from Monash University in Australia and an MBA from INSEAD, France. She has recently completed a Diploma in the Consulting and Coaching for Change Programme (CCC), also from INSEAD. She is accredited to use a number of coaching tools.
