Biography
The Chartered Institute of Marketing
Neil is a senior marketing lecturer, examiner and course director with over 12 years’ worth of experience. Neil has always been involved in education since achieving his PGCE from Manchester Metropolitan University in 1998. Neil then took on a role as Learning Consultant, developing and delivering marketing and education programmes for companies such as Office Depot, Electronic Arts, Trading Standards Institute, Craven, H2O, Hydes Breweries, Paramount Group and Toyota.
His lecturing began at Doncaster Business School in 2006 where he was responsible for managing and delivering programmes for The Chartered Institute of Marketing. He then joined CIM Academy as Lead Course Director on all three modules on the Foundation Certificate. Neil gained his Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM in 2008 and became a Chartered Marketerer just a year later.
To add to his fantastic lecturing background, Neil is the Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Leeds Beckett University on the Undergraduate programme. He joined CIM’s examining team in 2014, holding the position of Lead Examiner on the Level 4 Certificate for Digital Marketing.
