Nelly Nassif

Nelly has 20 years of international HR experience through several top managerial/leadership roles with extensive focus on Reward Architecture and Strategy, Compensation and Benefits within the Middle East, North Africa, and West Africa regions. This is in addition to Talent Management and HR Business partnering background.

As part of her journey, Nelly founded her own boutique HR consultancy start-up in 2016 with focus on Compensation and Benefits and in affiliation with MERCER as local representative of Lebanon market. She consulted companies and clients in different industries mainly in F&B, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, and Pharmaceutical sectors in Lebanon, Middle East and Africa.

Nelly is currently the Total Rewards Director at Deloitte Middle East, leading the Compensation and Benefits Center of Excellence.

She is also a lecturer at Saint Joseph University Beirut.

Nelly holds an Executive MBA from Ecole Supérieure des Affaires in Beirut and from ESCP France. In addition, Nelly holds a BA in Economics and BA in Industrial Psychology, both from the Lebanese University.
