Nenad Penezic is a full professor at the Faculty of Business Economy and vice rector for education and industry cooperation at Educons University. The prime focus of his teaching activity, research and work has been on entrepreneurship and SME development in conditions of transition and economic transformation.

Prior to Educons, he worked at Marketing Research Institute-Centre for Conjuncture Research and Macroeconomics Analysis, Belgrade (1991-2001); served as acting director of Serbian SME and Entrepreneurship Development Agency (2001-2004); vice-president of Serbian Chamber of Commerce (2005-2007) and associate professor at Faculty of Technical Sciences, Institute for Industrial Engineering and Management, University of Novi Sad (2004-2009).

Prof. Penezić is the author of several university textbooks, book chapters, research reports and articles.
