Nibu Thomas

Nibu John Thomas is a Ph.D. Candidate at IIT Madras (QS 255). Previously, he was an Assistant Professor at RCSS, Mahatma Gandhi University and a Business Success Enabler-HR at UST Global. One of his recent papers has received the Best Student Paper award by the Academy of Management.
