Biography

I am a professor, researcher, speaker, and facilitator. My research specialties focus on the intersection of communication and technology. I explore topics such as cyberbullying and the use of technology and social media in relationships. I have published numerous research articles and book chapters on these topics. I teach classes on communication and technology, quantitative research methods and data analysis, communication and technology, presentation skills and public speaking, and communication in personal relationships. I am available as a speaker or facilitator for groups. I have delivered dozens of presentations and served as an expert panelist on a variety of topics including cyberbullying and promoting bystander intervention, exploring healthy social media behaviors, and reducing public speaking anxiety.
