Nicholas Stanley

Nick has worked in Human Resources for 11 years, first at Boston Consulting Group (“BCG”) and then at Vanguard. At BCG, Nick focused on org design and HR systems in the context of Mergers and other major corporate transactions and had the opportunity to work in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Nigeria. At Vanguard, Nick has held a number of senior roles, including leading the firm’s organizational consulting team supporting expansion into a number of markets and serving as Head of HR for the Institutional business. He is a graduate of Cornell University’s school of Industrial and Labor Relations and holds a JD from Stanford University. 

 Nick and his wife live just down the road from the Villanova campus in charming Paoli, Pennsylvania. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling to new countries, trying new places to eat, concerts, and attending Philadelphia sporting events.
