Biography:

Nicolas is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behavior. Nicolas obtained his PhD from Laval University, Canada and pursued a postdoctorate at Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium. His research focuses on two main areas: the micro-foundations of corporate social responsibility, and the management of psychosocial risks at work. His research appears in academic journals such as Journal of Business Research, Journal of Business Ethics, and European Management Journal. Nicolas also has several years of international experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, and consulting expertise in the assessment and prevention of psychosocial risks at work.
