Created and taught graduate and undergraduate courses on globalization, corporate social responsibility, ethics, human rights, supply chain risks related to human trafficking, and child and forced labor.
Developed and led initiatives in Corporate Social Responsibility, including engagement with external stakeholders.
Built opportunities for cross-cultural exchange, including the creation of study abroad opportunities for students and faculty in Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Southeastern Europe.
Developed relationships and partnerships with diverse stakeholders in public and private sector.
Provided service to university community: International Business Steering Committee, Student Services Committee, Honorary Degree Committee, Academic Technology Committee, Undergraduate Curriculum Committee. Served as faculty advisor for International Business Society.
Maintained Academically Qualified (AQ) status and Scholarly Academic (SA) status per AACSB.
