Biography

Nicole has worked with top leadership development organizations in both Southern California and Washington, D.C. Her research has addressed many of today’s major workplace topics, from leadership and managing a multigenerational workforce, to employee health and wellbeing. With experience and expertise in consulting, coaching, and facilitating workshops, Nicole is driven to create positive and lasting impact.

After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology from Chapman University, Nicole went on to earn an M.A. and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology at Alliant International University, San Diego.
