Biography

KTH Executive School

Program Director at KTH Executive School (Royal Institute of Technology) - developing, designing and managing tailor-made in-company educational programs and selected limited courses on demand. I also manage and facilitateStrategic Challenge Groups where executives from different companies discuss and try to solve difficult, real strategic business problems together. Before joining KTH Executive School in january 2016 I had a simular position at KTH Professional Education.

Before KTH I was a Senior Consultant at HUI Research working with business consulting, market analysis, trends and strategic business development, primarily within the retail sector and the tourism sectors in Sweden. I have also spent a lot of time with different aspects of organizational and leadership development both in my own company, and as associate consultant to Impact Development Training Group in the UK. Examples of clients are: Aramark International, Sony Electronics Europe, Sony DPP Europe, Swedish Match, Signa International, Centrumvux at Haninge Kommun and American Tower. During a number of years I ran business coaching programs, called ERFA programs at Stockholm School of Economics / IFL Executive education. ERFA is a format for exchange of business experience in groups between managers and leaders from different industries. The aim is to develop business skills.

I have had a special interest in trying to understand the role of “experiential value”, “consumer experiences” and “experience management”. Over the years I have written several papers about these (and related) concepts.
