Biography
Lorange Institute
Dr. Nikos Tsikriktsis is Professor of Operations Management, Associate Dean, Director of GEMBA Programme at CEIBS. Prior to CEIBS, he was Professor of Operations and Service Management at IMD, Switzerland. Before joining IMD he was a faculty member at London Business School (UK) and at ALBA (Greece).
Professor Tsikriktsis’ areas of interest include operations strategy, service management and supply chain management. His articles have appeared in several leading journals including Management Science, Journal of Operations Management, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Production & Operations Management, Decision Sciences and Journal of Service Research. Currently he is researching and developing cases in the airline, retailing and financial service industries.
Professor Nikos Tsikriktsis has designed and taught programmes in the US, UK, China, India, Dubai, Portugal, France, Denmark, Italy, Greece and Canada and for companies in the following sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy, retailing, airlines and pharmaceuticals. He has also been involved in consulting projects for firms in the banking, retailing and airline industry.
He holds a BSc in Economics from Aristotle University in Greece, as well as an MBA and a Doctorate in Operations Management, both from Boston University.
