A Ph.D. candidate at Oxford University, Nina Montgomery is studying brands and innovation and has published two bestselling books in the past year. At IDEO she's helping form the consultancy's systems-change practice, working with big brands on the structural problems they face such as designing circular businesses, creating stakeholder-focused brands, or creating new ways of tackling social challenges.
