Nir Merry

Mr. Nir Merry serves as Vice President of Engineering at Applied Materials, Inc., a global leader in materials engineering solutions for semiconductor, flat panel display and solar PV Industries. He is responsible for System Engineering and Program Management, Robotics Engineering (vacuum and atmospheric), Global Development in Bangalore India and much more.

Mr. Merry serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at California Israel Chamber of Commerce, Inc. and is the past chair for the Applied Materials Engineering Leadership Board, which is a body governing Applied Materials’ product engineering practices. He holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in Mechanical Engineering, Controls and Heat Transfer.
