Nita Farahaney is a Professor of Law and Philosophy at Duke Law and in 2010 was appointed by President Obama to the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues, where she is still a member. Nita has presented her work at the Judicial Conferences for the Second and Ninth Circuits, the National Judicial College, and has testified before Congress. She is the recipient of the 2013 Paul M Bator award given annually to an outstanding legal academic under 40. Nita teaches Bioscience Trends and Human Responsibility where you will discuss how behavioral genetics and neuroscience will impact society and discover ways to prepare your organization.
