Dr. Oliver Maaz is a Partner at CMS in Shanghai and he is an experienced China expert who specializes in the structuring (corporate governance) and reorganization of investments in the country. Oliver has been providing comprehensive legal advice to foreign companies in China for more than 12 years, regularly advising clients on corporate / M&A, commercial, litigation and foreign direct investment. An author of numerous publications Oliver is also a frequent speaker at events relating to legal matters in China.

Dr. Maaz is registered as German attorney with the Bar Association in Munich since October 2003.
