Pablo Fournier

Today my experience in the real estate sector is more than 15 years, in which I have worked in the main real estate consultants such as CBRE, Aguirre Newman and currently in Savills - Aguirre Newman with me as Director of the Department of Strategic Consulting. In parallel to my professional career, I have collaborated as a visiting professor with the main business schools in Spain, such as ESADE and IESE, in the latter my participation has included the writing of a Business Case “Solomon Corporation Investment (SCI) F-943- AND".

Throughout this professional career, I have had the opportunity to get to know the different markets from leading companies in the sector, such as the Residential at Engel & Voelkers, the high street retail in Ascana, the Shopping Centers at CBRE where I also led the Family Office Department and Private Investors with a total focus on investment operations.

I currently lead the Consulting Department, the function of the department is to provide advisory services to the main Investment Funds in the world. The public institutional sector is also a regular client, be it the Barcelona City Council, the Generalitat de Catalunya, the State Ports, with which we provide a local, regional and national service.

The main Scope of services is usually; Feasibility Reports, Commercial Due Diligence, Market Studies, Optimization of Real Estate Assets, Cash Flows and Debt Portfolio Purchase Advice.

Finally, and with the aim of continuing my academic training and being able to apply the knowledge acquired in my day-to-day work, in 2018 I have completed an "Essential Entrepreneurship Program at the Harvard Business School" focused on Proptech.

Finally, highlighting my role as Academic Tutor of the Savills Aguirre Newman real estate internal master, which allows me to be practically daily with training activities and mentoring younger colleagues.
