Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad
Specialization in organizational behaviour. Teaching, consulting and research interests are in the areas of team dynamics and development, leadership, individual and interpersonal issues, organizational change, and culture. Publications include books on "Success: Options and Organizational Dynamics", "Successful Applications of HRD - Case Studies of Indian Organizations" (co-author), and a number of articles and research papers. Written several teaching cases. Recipient of awards for The Best Teacher and The Best Research Paper. Designed, developed, and conducted numerous short as well as long duration management education programmes for top and senior executives and officers of government, public and private sector organizations.
