Pasquale Natella

In Key2people since 2008 with the role of Associate Partner he is Head of the Renewable Utilities & Energy practice as well as following the Public sector and Financial Services. Graduated in Economics, he obtained a Master in Finance from Bocconi University and, after an important working period, an MBA from the Luiss Business School in Rome. His professional career began in 2001 within the Investment Banking division of the Unicredit Group, where he deals with derivative instruments for corporate clients. Subsequently he joins Bain & Co. where he deepens company turnaround issues and deals with two-diligence and strategic planning. In particular, he personally follows the project for integrating the Purchasing Unit into an international bank (5 country post-merger) by redesigning the organization (roles and international resources), purchasing strategy (by category of global / local spending) and defining the target of synergies. He is a professor at SDA Bocconi on the topics of organization and personnel and teaches at the Master SAFE (Environmental Sustainability and Energy Sources).
