Biography

Pat is an MPA 20 graduate who studied economics and public policy at the Woodrow Wilson School. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with degrees in economics, Chinese, and political science and also holds a certificate in business and economics from Fudan University in Shanghai, China. After completing his undergraduate studies, he worked as a junior fellow in the Asia program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington, DC, and as a research assistant at New York University's Stern School of Business for projects on banking, monetary policy, and social networks. Most recently, he worked in Myanmar as government relations and political risk consultant.
