Patricia Hodgins has been associated with TAI since 2005. As a coach with TAI, she has worked with the Institute for International Management Development, along with a range of other clients. In addition to her work with TAI, Patricia is a specialist in the area of Management and Organizational Development focusing on Leadership and Executive Coaching, Team Development, Strategic Visioning and Change Management. In this role she has worked with a wide variety of clients in both the Public and Private sectors, including senior executives at many European businesses, members of governments and business leaders from all over the world.
Patricia is co-director of Proteus, an innovative Open Enrolment Executive Education program at the London Business School, which offers leaders and top professionals who are at or near the peak of their careers the chance to take time out to refresh their thinking about themselves, their role and the enduring contribution of their organization. The program is targeted at those who are attracted to experimenting with new ideas, experiences and perspectives.
With a career that spans the business and creative worlds she looks to build bridges between the two, designing programs which are grounded in solid business and commercial principles and delivered via innovative and creative processes. Her professional career has included working in the theatre, advertising and recruitment consulting. Her current area of interest is in working with Leaders to broaden their thinking beyond current mental horizons.
