Biography

Rutgers Business School

My career path has given me a comprehensive perspective of the commercial real estate industry. I mastered the art and science of commercial real estate valuation and consulting before pursuing a graduate degree in International Real Estate Finance at Cornell University. I returned to the field in a capital markets role where I not only became an industry expert but also inspired other real estate professionals.

I have a track record of developing new business, structuring deals, and closing $3.7BN+ of debt and equity transactions in diverse sectors including healthcare. My passion for the healthcare space is personal as my mother and father both battled various illnesses and I have seen first-hand how challenging the industry can be. This personal experience coupled with years of valuation and capital raising in the senior housing market has given me insight into the drastic changes that must take place for our healthcare system to care for an aging population.

In order to forge new initiatives in the industry, I am currently pursuing Cornell University's Executive MBA / MS in Healthcare Leadership. As digital transformation trends are helping us live longer and leading to healthier, more productive lives, Cornell's program is at the forefront of this change and offers an unparalleled curriculum in the healthcare industry, which include the following core courses: Biostatistics, Health Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Healthcare Leadership, Healthcare Negotiations, Healthcare Policy & Economics, Healthcare Practice, Healthcare Regulation & Reporting, Introduction to Healthcare Services Research and Incentives in the U.S. Healthcare System.

My core competencies include: - Healthcare Real Estate - Workouts & Restructuring (Specialization in REIT's) - Healthcare Policy & Incentives - Market Analysis and Highest & Best Use - Equity Waterfall Transaction Structuring & Execution - Biostatistical Analysis & Hypothesis Testing - Health Informatics, Data, and Technology - Financial Modeling Fund-Level Performance Metrics (IRR, TWR) Review - Analysis of Public Filings (10-Q's & 10-K's) - Commercial Real Estate Valuation - Client & Investor Relations - Importing & Managing Financial Data in Python - Training, Mentoring & Management
