PATRICK WILLIAMS, M.B.A., B.S., senior director of marketing at The Jacuzzi Group, is a customer and consumer marketer with nearly 20 years’ experience working with leading brands and strategic customers. Grounded in brand management, he emphasizes the importance of understanding consumer, competitive and market insights in building effective strategy. Previously Williams held leadership positions in marketing, business development, and sales management at NCH Corp. and General Mills. He has a master’s degree from University of Southern California and has taught in UC Extension programs since 2013. Students give him high marks for his highly interactive classes, practical insights and level of engagement.
