Paul Dececco

Paul is a graduate of the MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, holds a Master of Science in Counseling, and a BS in Psychology. Paul is a Talent Management Specialist at Arkema in King of Prussia, PA. While at Arkema, he has had project work in employee engagement, management of the Online Learning Management System and also manages the Education Assistance Program for Arkema.
