Paul McGinley, one of golf’s most respected figures, joined London Business School in 2016 bringing to our leadership programmes his trademark measured and intelligent approach and valuable lessons learned from the competitive world of professional sport. Experience as Captain of the victorious 2014 European Ryder Cup Team and as Ireland’s Olympic golf Team Leader gives McGinley a unique insight into methods of nurturing, motivating and directing groups of individuals so that they act as a single effective unit.

McGinley has a diploma in Retail and Marketing and a degree in International Business. He acts as an ambassador for several multinational companies including Allianz, Investec, TaylorMade Adidas Golf and Rolex.
