Paul Tran

Paul Tran is the Executive Coach at INSEAD Executive Coaching based in Singapore.Paul started his career in sales at Orangina and rapidly became responsible for developing the business in Asia through distributors and local bottlers. He then became Marketing Director and spent 14 years between Taiwan and Korea where he led teams to develop wines and spirits brands for Pernod Ricard. In order to create sustainable change in the business and to prepare talents for the future, he became HR Director in Korea and now for South East Asia. Paul is also a leadership coach bringing over 25 years of corporate experience from Human Resources, Marketing and Sales. With his French and Chinese origins, Paul naturally understands ambiguity in human interactions and complexity in cross cultural environments.
