With more than 15 years of experience as a leadership coach and facilitator, I am dedicated to guiding any leader who is willing to grow. I lighten up when you are willing to step into the unknown. And when you show the courage to navigate through uncharted territories, work with your shadow sides and learn to balance between opposites. People describe me as a grounded, secure and safe base; a permissive coach that has patience, listens and does not use a lot of words to get to the core of what is. I also am known for a practical approach to growth: encouraging my coachees to make growth tangible by working on behavioral change through simple frameworks and tools.
