Boston University

Professor Quatromoni is an Associate Professor of Nutrition whose research interests include childhood and adult obesity, school-based health promotion, diet and chronic disease, sports nutrition, eating disorders and dietary assessment. She is a registered dietitian and Member of the American Dietetic Association, Massachusetts Dietetic Association, Boston Obesity Nutrition Research Center, NAASO: The Obesity Society, American Public Health Association, Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists (SCAN) Practice Group and the Research Dietitians Practice Group. She also serves as a media spokesperson on childhood obesity for the American Heart Association and as a School Wellness Consultant to area public school districts.
