Pauline is a trainer, consultant and coach who specializes in the areas of leadership and management development, performance management, organizational culture, communication skills, time and priority management and recruitment interviewing. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams develop collaborative relationships which enhance organizational productivity and impact positively on organization culture. She
Her passion for developing potential in individuals has an extensive range – as a corporate facilitator, coach and trainer she works with managers and leaders facilitating on-site team building sessions and focus groups. She designs and delivers training programs helping employees interact, engage and communicate more effectively with emotional intelligence. She works strategically with senior leaders right through to young talent; her experience spans consulting in the finance sector to teaching at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Her work includes consulting and training in leadership and management development, managing performance, giving and receiving feedback, competency based interviewing, building high performing teams, developing positive corporate cultures, presentation skills, time management, stress management, positive influence and impact and presentation skills. She delivers on site and public training seminars, webinars and live-on-line training.
Pauline draws on each piece of organizational experience in her career including customer focus from early days in retail, organizational development from HR in the hospitality industry and years of experience in small business consultancy where she helped businesses develop business plans and align Human Resource Development policies and practices.
She loves the challenge of simultaneously making two continents “home”, and spends her time with family, friends and clients between New York and Scotland.
CURRENT AND RECENT TRAINING ASSIGNMENTS
- Delivery of a range of workshops for General Service Staff in the United Nations focusing on developing the competencies of communication, collaboration and influence in a diverse workplace.
- Delivery of competency based selection workshops for the United Nations enhancing panel members’ effectiveness in behavioral interviewing. Process, structure and individual skills such as questioning, probing and objective assessment are covered.
- Design, development and delivery of performance management program for managers and staff UNICEF.
- Design, development and delivery of public, on site, live-on-line programs and webinars for the American Management Association. Topics include Corporate Culture, Collaborating Teaming, Stress and Emotion Management at Work, Time and Priority Management, Crash Course for the New Manager, Managing Chaos and Organizational and Priority Management.
- Delivery of Supervisory Skills programme for United Nations managers, enhancing communication, delegation, motivation, feedback and collaboration.
- Trainer for MFW, a global consultancy, delivering presentation skills and train the trainer to KPMG and GE.
- Development of 360 leadership feedback tool for RiskMetricsGroup, NYC.
