With 20 years of international experience as part of Senior Management teams and as Board member of truly global and and iconic brands(Chanel, Bonpoint, Givenchy..), I founded Sarayu in 2019, a Consultancy dedicated to the Luxury Fashion sector.

Sarayu works across the fashion sector - fashion, accessories and jewellery. With a 360 deg approach in Management, Strategic and Operational Consulting, our services ranges from Design to Product and Production, Omni Channel distribution, Marketing and Merchandising.

Leveraging this rare and solid sector specific expertise, I also assist investors and brands to ensure a mariage founded in common objectives along with a long term vision. This is done by a thorough due diligence and in-depth qualitative review and coherency of the business plan. In addition to acting as an advisory on the board, I also provide operational support to monitor right implementation of the business plan. Having worked in for 2 decades with a range of companies of different sizes and different business models, my approach is a high bespoke one.

I fluently speak English, French, Italian, Hindi and Gujarati. Being a polyglot enables me not only to bridge many cultural gaps, but also approach diverse work cultures equipped with the insight that it provides.

Since April 2021, I am also co-founder of the Middle East Fashion Council, and Chief Strategy Officer and Creative Director of the Middle East Fashion Week. A project close to my heart to bring a much needed professional platform to the larger MENA/INDIA region.
